Another Sex Predator Nabbed in TX: Six Offenders Still At Large

In the last two months, the Texas Department of Public Safety - along with city and county law enforcement agencies - have been working feverishly to capture several child sexual predators in the state of Texas. While rewards are being offered, only four of the top 10 have been captured this year.

This past weekend another of the Top 10 Most Wanted Child Sexual Offenders was captured. Robert Kip Williams had been on the run and hiding from the law since November 2022. He was captured on Friday, October 19, 2023.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Williams had been wanted for Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Indecency with Child by Exposure, Burglary of a Building, Burglary of Habitation, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Possession of Controlled Substance, Theft of Property, Forgery of Government, and fraud.

Williams is an active member of the Aryan Circle gang. The Texas Department of Public Safety Special Agents and Texas Highway Patrol troopers were surveying local activity and working off investigative information when they made contact with Williams. He was captured in Shepherd, Texas, without incident.

Additionally, since Williams was arrested from law enforcement investigative research and not from Texas Crime Stoppers information, the $5,000 reward will not be paid out.
