1 Million Dollar Bond For Human Trafficking Charge
The Nacogdoches Police Department arrested Charles Alan Hooker, 49, on October 7, 2024. His two charges brought him a combined bond of 1 million dollars.
Each of the charges had a $500,000 bond. His first charge of sexual assault of a child is a 2nd-degree felony.
The second charge is a 1st-degree felony. "Trafficking of person benefits" is a charge reserved for human trafficking.
