Nacogdoches Brick Street Burger Battle Is Back!

Every year, the people of Nacogdoches get super excited about the Brick Street Burger Battle. This year, there are five restaurants competing in the event, and they're all looking for a huge win.

What is the Brick Street Burger Battle?

The Brick Street Burger Battle is a competition between competing restaurants in downtown Nacogdoches. Each restaurant that is competing comes up with a signature burger to add to their menu, and customers go to each location and vote on their favorite burger. After the last day of the battle, the votes are tallied and a Burger Battle Champion is named.

This year, there are five restaurants competing in the battle - 1st City Cafe, Auntie Pasta's, Clear Springs, Pemberley's at the Jones House, and Stone House Kitchen. Their featured burgers are below:

Important Dates for the Brick Street Burger Battle

According to the Brick Street Burger Battle webpage on the Nacogdoches website, this year's Brick Street Burger Battle started on September 11th and will run through October 25th - the last day to try the burgers at each location. Physical stamp cards must be turned in by October 26th. The champion will be named on October 27th.

The other important detail in all of this is this: If you visit the restaurants and try their burgers, you get entered to win prizes. The more restaurants you visit, the bigger the prize you qualify for.
