On Tuesday (May 22) night, The Voice Season 14 finale ushered in a winner based on votes from America. While fans wondered if it would it be Kyla Jade or Spensha Baker from Team Blake Shelton, Britton Buchanan from Team Alicia Keys or Brynn Cartelli from Team Kelly Clarkson, they were forced to wait, but were entertained with a variety of performances from artists in all genres.

Three-time/reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year Jason Aldean delighted fans toward the end of the broadcast with the television debut of his new single "Drowns the Whiskey," a mid-tempo, melodic number that he delivered smoothly to the audience. The official single features an appearance from Miranda Lambert; Aldean, however, handled it solo on The Voice stage.

Aldean says the song is one of his favorites on his latest album, Rearview Town.

The superstar was part of The Voice finale's star-studded lineup, which included appearances from Kane Brown, Jennifer Hudson, James Bay, Florence and the Machine, Halsey featuring Big Sean, Ryan Adams, Dua Lipa and more.
