Kane Brown grew up without his father in his life, and on a new song called "Grew Up Without a Dad," he's letting his baby daughter, Kingsley, know she won't have to worry about that.

The singer released a clip of the track to Instagram this week.

Kingsley is set to arrive very soon, perhaps as soon as this month. Brown and his wife Katelyn Jae have shared every update along the way and several portraits of them together through their respective Instagram pages. Last month the country star revealed what looked like lyrics to a new song inspired by impending fatherhood, and on Monday, he shared a clip of the finished and very traditional country song.

"They say dads are suppose to shape you / In a way I guess mine did / I knew what I wouldn't do if I ever had a kid / They say history repeats itself, but I guess that's up to me / I grew up without a dad so I'm gonna be the best one I can be / Yeah I'm gonna be a dad and I'm gonna be the best one I can be," he sings during the clip.

Talking to Taste of Country in 2016, Brown shared that his father was in prison and that he barely knows him.

More than a half million people have listened to the new song in the 48 hours since he shared it. Brown's fans know he likes to get music out quickly, sometimes immediately after recording. That's how he got his start on Facebook five years ago, and it's a tradition he's kept alive since his multiple No. 1 hits and touring success.

Brown and his wife will celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary this weekend. The couple dated for several years prior to getting married.

Kane Brown tickets are available to all of his upcoming shows.
