Lufkin Native David Fenley to Appear on America’s Got Talent

East Texans have had a pretty impressive track record on TV reality shows through the years.  Miranda Lambert and Sheila Marshall did will back in the days of Nashville Star and Kendall Beard and and Kree Harrison proved themselves on American Idol.  Get ready for another rising star. 

David Fenley who hails from Lufkin, will be getting an audition and some national TV exposure when he gets in front of the judges Tuesday night on America's Got Talent.  Fenley has already been quite successful in the Red Dirt music scene as he and his band 'The Good Deal' have been touring and have a CD out, 'A Minute to Breath'.  But the stage will certainly be expanded for Fenley on the national scene as he will take his guitar and sing acoustically in front of the celebrity judges panel.

America's Got Talent will air Tuesday night on NBC from 8-10pm (Central time).  Make sure that you listen to KICKS 105 for an interview with David Fenley which will be happening a day or two after his TV appearance.
