Michael Gibson Talks to PBR Pro Francisco Morales

This Saturday and Sunday, February 9 and 10, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington is the Professional Bull Riders Association Global Cup Championship. This bull riding event brings together the best riders from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico to try to out ride the United States on it's home dirt.

Part of Team Mexico is 20 year veteran Francisco Morales. Morales was the 2017 PBR Mexico Champion, recorded four Top-5 finishes at PBR Mexico events in 2018 and has competed at both editions of the PBR's Global Cup in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and Sydney, Australia.

He talked with Michael Gibson about the competitive aspect of this bull riding event but also how, at the end of the day, these guys can get together and celebrate a successful ride afterwards.

It will be unique for Team USA this year, too. They will be split into two squads, the Eagles and the Wolves. The Wolves will consist of all Native Americans. They will also be the team of Native Americans to compete in a major league sporting event.
