New Randy Rogers Band Video, “Satellite” [Video]

The Randy Rogers Band recently released their brand new LIVE double CD/DVD album "Homemade Tamales: Live at Floore's Country Store." It goes without saying that the album is amazingly awesome! There are two brand new studio singles included on the live album, "She's Gonna Run" and "Satellite". We've got the brand new video for you to see!

I've been following the RRB around for about 10 years or so, and have all their albums. They have recorded some great albums over the years, and have really grown as musicians and songwriters. I have to say though that the last two have thoroughly impressed me. "Trouble" came out last year, and from the opening chords of "Goodbye Lonely", "Fuzzy", "Speak Of The Devil", and "One More Sad Song", plus everything else on that album, RRB had me hooked!  Great songwriting, and arrangements. They truly brought their "A" game. Then they hit us with this double CD, and DVD album, "Live At Floores".

Recorded over two nights last October, at the famous venue in Helotes, Texas, it purely captures a RRB show from beginning to end. Barely taking a breath between songs, Randy and the boys keep the music rolling. This is the perfect album to throw on at your next party. It's like having your own private RRB show.

I'm also kind of picky when it comes to live album recordings. Most live albums sound like crap. This one goes into the pile of awesome sounding live albums like, Reckless Kelly's "Reckless Kelly Was Here" and Eli Young Band's "Live At The Jolly Fox": top notch sound. Also included at the end of the album are two new studio cuts. One of those new cuts is called, "Satellite", and today we have the video for your viewing pleasure.
