Debbie can't seem to make up her mind.

Tropical Storm Debbie continues to churn about 100 miles South of the Florida Panhandle.  Top sustained winds are at 50 mph and Debbie is not moving much.  The forecast track has Debbie slowly moving northward over the next several days and making landfall in Florida, HOWEVER, forecasters at the National Hurricane Center are quick to point out that the steering currents for this storm are weak and the forecast track could drastically change over time.

One this is for certain, central Florida has been getting pounded with heavy rains and even a few tornadoes, and that forecast will continue today as Debbie is not expected to move much.
