
BREAKING Polk County Jailer Charged With Improper Sexual Activity
According to a press release, Texas Rangers with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) have arrested a Polk County Sheriff's Office Jailer on a charge of improper sexual activity with a person in custody.
This arrest was conducted at the request of Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons.
An investigation into this improper sexual activity began earlier this month (September). Charity Prince, 25, was booked into the Polk County Jail on Thursday, September 21. The charge is a second-degree felony.
