Santa’s Tender, Bittersweet Story of a Boy Who Died in His Arms
"...let me see some tenderness, some depth of feeling..."
That's a small quote from George C. Scott playing the part of Ebenezer Scrooge in the classic, 'A Christmas Carol'. It's my favorite version of that movie. That quote immediately came to mind when I saw this attached video.
This video is nearly 5 years old, but it's the first I've seen of it. Granted, it's not an easy thing to watch, but in a time when we need to see more tenderness, more depth of feeling, and more compassion in the world, this is a good dose of that type of medicine.
When you are able to get 5 minutes of uninterrupted time, take a look and soak in the emotions of Santa's beautiful, bittersweet story.
