“Stretchy Pants Bandit” Strikes Again! (Video)

A person with black hair, purple purse, black miniskirt and stretchy pants, walks into a Ceres, California branch of Bank of America.  That's where this unusual story begins.

Leonard Brown, Jr. allegedly robbed the Bank of America branch on Tuesday.  The outfit of the so-called "Stretchy Pants Bandit" drew harsh criticism from the bank's customers.
