Dustin Ellerman of Zavalla not only won the History Channel's Top Shot title for this past season, he destroyed the competition.  Yet, through all the new-found notoriety, he remains the same humble, good-natured Christian young man that he's always been.

St. Cyprian's School in Lufkin certainly knows how to put the fun in fundraiser.  The annual Bayou Bash gets kicked off tonight at 6:30 at the school's gym located just off the West Loop. There will be great food served up by Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits, live music by Bryan Harkness, and how 'bout some of these great prizes and auction items!

For the past several months, Zavalla's own Dustin Ellermann has been competing in the History Channel's 'Top Shot' reality show.    Each week, Ellermann has been advancing to the next round. Well, now we're down to the final four in the competition and the winner will be crowned Tuesday night.
