National Champions!!
The Angelina College Lady Roadrunners softball team are the national champions! They won the NJCAA title in Utah on Saturday afternoon by defeating Central Florida 8-5.

Playing for the Title
There is only one team left that has a perfect record at the NJCAA World Series in Utah, and that team would be your Angelina College Lady Roadrunners. Friday, the Lady 'Runners swept San Jacinto College and Central Florida for their 4th straight win without a loss.

The Angelina College Lady Roadrunners softball team had every reason to just coast through their first round game at the NJCAA World Series and then try to regroup and get back on track for the rest of the tournament. Apparently, that wasn't an option.
