The man who reported a 4-year-old missing near Houston, has been arrested. Darion Vence, who reported Maleah Davis had been abducted, has been arrested, according to EastTexasMatters.com. He was arrested in Sugar Land on Saturday after her blood was found in his apartment. Vence lived with Maleah and her mother. He has been charged with tampering with evidence. He had told police that men abducted him, Maleah and his son. In his story, the men freed the 2-year-old boy and him. Police said his story didn't add up and kept changing. Maleah is still considered missing, as of now, and police won't speak about whether more charges are coming.
