For the first time in its 33 year history, the Texas State Forest Festival will present a major Friday night concert.  Tracy Byrd will be the featured performer at the George H Henderson, Jr. Expo Center.

His first number one song was "Holdin' Heaven" in 1993 and since that time he has been at or near the top of the charts with hits such as “Watermelon Crawl”, “Drinkin’ Bone”, and “I’m From The Country”.

Gates will open at 5:00 pm and Tracy Byrd will go on at 8:30 pm. Pre-sale tickets are available for $12 online at TexasStateForestFestival.com and at the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce. Tickets at the gate are $16 for Friday night.
