Come enjoy a delicious BBQ plate, knowing the proceeds will help students that belong to families of local first responders.

On Friday, November 3rd the Livingston Police Department will be hosting the 11th annual Caran Coward Memorial Scholarship Fund. It will be held in the Livingston Lowe's parking lot, so stop by and grab lunch for a good cause.

This fund is awarded to seniors of Livingston High school that are either the children or grandchildren of first responders in emergencies. The scholarship is also awarded to students seeking a degree in Criminal Justice.

It's a great way to keep the cycle of heroes flowing in the town of Livingston, and for only $8, you can get a great lunch, including a drink, chips, and a cookie, knowing those funds will be securing a young person's dreams of helping others.

All the information can be found at the Livingston Police Department's Facebook page or on the flyer below.
