👮‍♂️The Texas DPS Features Top Ten Wanted Lists

👮‍♂️11 Fugitives on These Lists Were Captured in Spring 2024

👮‍♂️Anonymous Tipsters Can Receive Big Rewards

The Texas Department of Public Safety features several pages on its website highlighting the current Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives and the Top Ten Most Wanted Sex Offenders.

Whenever anyone on those lists is captured, Texas DPS will update the page and give the details of the suspect's arrest. In some cases, the captured fugitive was apprehended thanks to an anonymous tip. These tips can lead to cash rewards up to $3,000 or more.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:

  • Call the Texas Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252- TIPS (8477)
  • Submit a web tip through the Texas 10 Most Wanted website or Facebook Page.
  • Submit a tip through the DPS Mobile App.

All tips are anonymous – regardless of how they are submitted, and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name. Callers’ anonymity is guaranteed by law and you could earn up to the cash reward amount listed for each fugitive.

All of these fugitives should be considered Armed and Dangerous! Never try to apprehend a fugitive yourself.

A total of eleven most wanted fugitives were captured by law enforcement from March 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024. According to the Texas DPS website, one of those arrests resulted in a reward being paid.

Most of these arrests were the result of comprehensive collaborations with a variety of law enforcement agencies. Thank you to all those who put themselves in harm's way for the safety of our communities.
