2013 CMT Music Awards Nominees Announced
The 2013 CMT Music Awards nominees have been announced, and two of country music's hottest men -- Luke Bryan and Eric Church -- lead the way with four nominations each. Miranda Lambert also tallied four nods, three as a solo artist and one as part of all-female trio Pistol Annies.
The 2013 CMT Music Awards will broadcast live on CMT on June 5 at 8PM ET. Jason Aldean will co-host with Kristen Bell this year, and he could be busy accepting awards as well. The '1994' singer is up for three, including Video of the Year for '1994' and Male Video of the Year for 'Take a Little Ride.'
Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts and Florida Georgia Line also received three nominations each, while nine other artists earned two. There are 12 videos up for the night's big award, Video of the Year. As the show begins, six finalists will be announced and fans will be allowed to vote live to decide the winner. All of the 2013 CMT Music Awards categories are decided by fan votes at CMT. Voting is allowed through June 2.
