This Texas Store Just Sold a $4 Million Mega Millions Quick Pick

The Mega Millions jackpot was up to $230 million for the drawing on Tuesday, September 26. No one matched all six numbers, so that means the next drawing on Friday will be worth approximately $267 million, with an estimated cash-out value of $123.6 million.

Winners in Texas and Florida

Tuesday's winning numbers were 15-30-35-42-60. The gold Mega Ball was 16. Even though nobody correctly matched all six numbers, a player in Florida and another in Texas matched all five non-Mega Ball numbers.

The Texas player spent the extra buck on their Quick Pick which brought the Megaplier option into play. The Megaplier number was 4, which means that the $1 million payout instantly multiplied to $4 million.

The jackpot for the next Powerball drawing will be worth $835 million, with an estimated cash value of $390.6 million. That drawing will take place Wednesday night (September 27).
