Have you been trying to catch up on sleep? Are you still sitting at work wondering why in the world you are so tired? Turns out you're not the only one and Daylight Saving time ending could be to blame for this. Get ready for the winter blues, which normally includes gaining weight and losing sleep. Did you know that our wallets can take a hit as well? According to NBC News, sleep deprivation is costing our economy $411 Billion dollars a year. Ouch.

Glassdoor surveyed over a thousand part-time and full-time workers, 74% of workers surveyed claimed they get less than 8 hours of sleep on work nights. Why aren't we getting enough sleep? Probably that thing you're holding in your hand right now. If we can drop our phones and disconnect we can fall asleep faster and get a better night's sleep. The cure to fixing our sleeping habits could be fixed by simply unplugging at night.

Are you being less productive at work since we gained an hour of sleep? Is your internal clock all out of whack?
