A man was arrested late Saturday (Feb. 15) night, after police stopped him on Timberland Drive in Lufkin. He was driving without headlights and unable to keep his vehicle in a lane. Upon further investigation during the stop, police found an empty dog collar tied to the trailer hitch on the back of his truck...

The tale of Justice, the abused pitbull who was dragged behind a truck down Timberland Drive in Lufkin, has begun a happy new chapter. After extensive treatment at Angelina Animal Hospital, Justice was released today into the care of a local foster family.

Recently in rural Italy, a stray German Shepherd was taken in by a woman named Maria.  The woman named him Ciccio and the bond they formed over the next couple of years was strong, the dog even followed her to church services.

The cute dog in this video cannot ride in the vehicle unless he is holding hands (or paw to hands) with the driver.  Perhaps the dog has seen what a terrible driver the owner is and just needs to maintain that contact for security.  Whatever the reason, it is adorable to watch.
