A little over two years ago, the Central Jr. High Band did not exist, but thanks to the vision and hard work of band director David Lambert and many students at Central ISD, they are going strong and sounding better than ever.  Tonight at 7, the band will be performing at Clawson Assembly of God on Highway 69 in Central.  There is no admission charge for the concert, but donations will be taken.   The band will be performing such tunes as 'Born To Be Wild', '25 or 6 to 4', 'Transformers' theme, and many others.

We had a chance to talk with Mr. Lambert and some of the students on the Merrell in the Morning Show.  Take a listen to the interview.
