Easy Video Recipe for Crock Pot Mozzarella-Stuffed Meatballs

A surprising fact that not many folks know about me is that I like to cook.  Granted, my cooking playlist is rather small. 

I do a good job ribs, I make a mean dish of S.O.S., and my recipe for chorizo, eggs, and potatoes is usually a big winner around our house.

Everyday, I see numerous postings on social media of the latest, greatest easy recipes, but this one caught my eye for several reasons:

• It uses Italian sausage
• Gooey cheese inside a meatball is a beautiful thing
• Watching a video makes it easy to follow
• The slow cooker does all the work

I'm definitely going to give this one a try...heck, I might even skip the spaghetti and just make a meal out of the meatballs.
