Hit & Run Victum Clings To Hood of Truck That Hit Him (Video)

Baton Rouge, Louisiana - A pedestrian who claims to have been "run over" by a truck asks other motorist to call police! The really strange thing about this video is the victim is holding onto the hood of the truck that hit him while traveling down the freeway.  Even stranger,  the person videoing and the victim seem very calm.
