MITM Video of the Day – Marine Amputees Give Hope to Boston Victims

Celeste and Sydney are mother and daughter, and both had portions of their legs amputated due to the explosions last Monday at the Boston Marathon.  Over the weekend, they got some very special visitors at the hospital.  Marines who had their legs amputated as a result of battle wounds made it a point to talk to Celeste and Sydney and let them know that this is the START of a new journey with even more possibilities than they had before.

My favorite part of the video is when the mom decides to look for the positives of the situation and mentions that she no longer has to worry about shin splints.
