
Sara Evans, Shenandoah To Perform In Lufkin This Fall
The Angelina Arts Alliance has been consistently featuring legendary country acts in Lufkin. This summer, the Bellamy Brothers and Gene Watson played to a packed house at the Pines Theater in Downtown Lufkin. This fall, two more country music powerhouses will be entertaining fans, this time at the Temple Theater on the Angelina College campus.

Sara Evans To Perform in Lufkin
Multi-platinum country artist Sara Evans will be taking the stage at the Temple Theater on Thursday, September 24. The Missouri native features traditional country roots blended with a contemporary flair. Sara Evans has topped the charts with songs like “Suds in the Bucket” and “Born to Fly.” To create the best experience for all patrons, children ages 3 and under are not permitted for this performance. Ticket prices range from $40.50 to $70.50; however, most of the high-end tickets are already sold out.
Shenandoah to Perform in Lufkin
In the 1990s, Shenandoah dominated the country music charts. This group brought timeless hits that still resonate with fans of all ages today. Some of their chart-topping songs included "Two Dozen Roses", "The Church on Cumberland Road", "Next to You, Next to Me", and "The Moon Over Georgia". Their signature blend of rich harmonies and emotional depth will be on display at the Temple Theater in Lufkin when they take the stage on Saturday, November 14. Ticket prices range from $63.50 to $93.50. Kids 3 and under are not allowed at this performance.
