Heavy downpours this morning are causing major flooding issues for the Smith County area.

Up to 6 inches of rain could be dumped on parts of the Pineywoods this weekend.

Yes, that is a school bus and yes there are kids in it.  This didn't happen in America, but I can't help but believe that parents in any country would go ballistic if their child was on this bus.
