Every year, we change our clocks. In the spring, we move them forward an hour. Hence the phrase, "Spring Forward". Then, in autumn we move them back an hour. This brings the phrase, "Fall Back".

Why am I reminding you of this? Well, it's because this weekend is the weekend that we "Fall Back" one hour. That means that we will get an extra hour of sleep Saturday night/Sunday morning.

Now, while the extra hour of sleep is great and all, it can still be a frustrating change. Not a bad one, really, just slightly agitating. Especially if you forget to change your clock. Then it can become an all-out, raging frustration.

You know, it's kind of funny that we carry on with this routine. There's actually a new poll from the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research that says that 70% of Americans dislike the time changes. The only problem is that those seven out of ten Americans can't agree on which time they'd rather stay on. Some would like their clocks to stay on standard time, and some would prefer that they stay on daylight saving time. So, the disagreement continues, while we continue to change our clocks twice a year.

What does that mean for us? Well, it means that we have to be sure to change our clocks this weekend. That's it.
