What Is The Best Candy For Trick-Or-Treaters? [OPINION]
Now that we're just over a month away from Halloween, it's time to start thinking about preparing for trick-or-treaters. As someone who has literally never gone trick-or-treating, I don't know how the different types of candy go over on Halloween night.
First, there are the obvious ones. I'm talking about anything with chocolate. 3 Musketeers, Milky Ways, M&Ms, Twix, etc. In my opinion, those would do the best. This is personally my favorite group. No nuts, not peanut butter, just chocolate and some other pieces of goodness.
Then, there are the chocolates with nuts and/or peanut butter. You know, Snickers, Almond Joy, Mounds, Reese's, etc. This is my least favorite group, so these wouldn't go over as well with me. However, lots of people really enjoy these, so I can see them being a hit among kids.
For the third group, we've got candies that don't involve chocolate, such as Smarties - which am a big fan of - Jolly Ranchers, Twizzlers, candy corn, and other sugary sweets. I wouldn't think that these would go over as well as chocolate.
And, in the final group, we've included all the "miscellaneous" items, that might not even count as candies. These are items such as caramel apples, popcorn balls, and things of that nature. I have no idea how this one might do.
So, now it's up to you. Which group does best on Halloween? Let us know in the comments below.
