Willie Nelson Adds Second Leg of Outlaw Music Festival Tour Dates

Willie Nelson's 2019 Outlaw Music Festival Tour hasn't even launched yet, but he's already adding new dates. The all-star tour features a wide range of music acts.

Nelson announced the first leg of the tour in March, consisting of a 10-date summer trek beginning on June 14 in Bangor, Maine, and wrapping up on July 3 in Dallas. The second leg offers seven dates in September and will take Nelson and company across the northeast through the mid-Atlantic and into the midwest.

An assortment of country and Americana artists — Alison Krauss, Luke Combs, Brothers Osborne, Bonnie Raitt, Robert Plant, Lukas Nelson & the Promise of the Real and more — will join the "Always on My Mind" singer in select cities. Willie Nelson & Family will perform at every show, with more artists expected to be announced.

"The second leg of the Outlaw Music Festival Tour with all my friends is going to be a blast. We'll see you out there this summer!" Nelson says in a press release.

We are thrilled to announce the second leg with Willie and this extraordinary group of artists" adds Keith Wortman, CEO of concert production company Blackbird Presents.

2019 marks the third year of Nelson's touring festival. It started as a one-off show in Scranton, Penn., in 2016, featuring the likes of Neil Young + Promise of the Real, Sheryl Crow and Lee Ann Womack before the country icon turned it into a large-scale touring event.

Tickets for the additional dates go on sale Friday (May 3).
