The girls from Elite softball are champions on and off the field.  This group of 10 and under young ladies recently took home the championship for District 38 in tournament softball play, but they have saved their best plays off the playing field.

This four-year-old is not only entertaining, but extremely smart.  I mean, how can you go wrong in a graduation speech, or song in this case, by quoting the Bible and George Strait.

December 19th, 2012, it was nothing more than a trip to the mall to get some last minute Christmas shopping done.  Within 24 hours, 8-year-old Sadie Coogler would be in surgery in Houston as a doctor removed one of several cancerous tumors in her brain.

It was a full house at the George H Henderson, Jr. Expo Center in Lufkin Saturday night as the final night of the Angelina Benefit Rodeo came into full swing.  It was also the night of the championship round for mutton bustin'.

Another round  of 12 young cowboys and cowgirls competed Friday night in the Mutton Bustin' Championships at the Angelina Benefit Rodeo, which means 4 more sheep riders guaranteed their spot in tonight's championship round.

Night number two of the Angelina Benefit Rodeo at the George H Henderson Jr Expo Center in Lufkin brought more spills and thrills in mutton bustin'.  I've never seen more kids getting flipped, riding sideways, and getting faces full of dirt...but, they were all tough and came away with some great rides.

Dierks Bentley issued a very important tweet to let his friends, fans and followers know that he and his wife Cassidy Black are expanding their family. They are expecting their third child.

At first glance, this little girl featured in this video comes across as cute and adorable, and truly, she is.  However, if she is this demanding and authoritative at 2 years of age, what's gonna happen when she's a teenager?

High school juniors from across Angelina County visited the Merrell in the Morning Show today.  These young men and women are outstanding leaders in their school and community.

Most 6-year-olds have issues clapping their hands to a simple beat.  Avery Molek is not most 6-year-olds....in fact, you'd be hard-pressed for another kid like him anywhere.  Check out what he does to the drums in the Van Halen song 'Hot for Teacher'.
