Texas Wildfires Update – 8:30am, September 5th

Numerous wildfires continue to burn out of control across Central and Northeast Texas this morning, and unfortunately, the weather is only going to make it worse with winds gusting to near 30mph and no mention of rain. 

The worst fire continues to be the Bastrop County fire which has engulfed 14,000 acres and hundreds of homes.
