Cody Johnson Drops ‘Welcome to the Show,’ with RODEOHOUSTON
This year will mark Cody Johnson's third consecutive appearance at RODEOHOUSTON, you can catch him on Friday, March 15 - that sandwiched his right between Grammy winner Chris Stapleton and The King, George Strait.
Yesterday Johnson released a new song in conjunction with RODEOHOUSTON, and it's country fire. The new song, "Welcome to the Show," is the official song of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
This week Cody Johnson's new album Ain't Nothin' To It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart. The Texas native moved 34,500 total units, including 23,000 copies in pure album sales, on top of 12 million songs streams. But wait, there's more.
Those numbers also land him No. 1 on the all-genre Digital Album Sales chart -- this means he sold more complete-album downloads than any other act. Additionally, Johnson landed at No. 2 on the all-genre Album Sales Chart.
