Get a Free Whataburger at Tuesday’s Christmas in July Event

The heat index will be above 100 degrees on Tuesday afternoon, so, you may get some crazy looks if mention Christmas in your conversation.  The looks may get even more crazy if you mention FREE WHATABURGERS.  But, that's exactly what's going to be happening at today's Christmas in July event at Whataburger.

This event, which benefits local food banks, is usually held during the holidays, but this is the time of the year when supplies on local shelves start to dwindle, so Whataburger made the decision to move this yearly event to July.  Here are a few things to know:

• The event happens Tuesday, July 16th from 3 pm - 7 pm.
• The locations participating in Deep East Texas include Lufkin (all three locations), Nacogdoches, Mt. Enterprise, Joaquin, Center, Timpson, and Carthage.
• You must come into the store for the offer, not accepted at drive thru.
• 2 cans or non-perishable food items will get you a free Whataburger (You may bring more items, but only one Whataburger per person present, please)
