Hudson’s Kayleigh Wagnon is our Student/Athlete of the Week
Every week on the KICKS 105 Friday Night Frenzy, we'll be highlighting our Student/Athlete of the Week, brought to you by McDonalds.
This week's standout is Kayleigh Wagnon, sophomore cross country runner at Hudson High School.
As a freshman, Wagnon captured the district championship in cross country, then in Huntsville, at the regionals, she took 1st place there as well, in leading her team to the state cross country meet. Later that year in track, Wagnon was a state qualifer in the 1600 and 3200 meters. And, she's off and running again this year. At the SFA Invitational Cross Country Meet on August 31st, she finished first in the women's varsity 3200 meters with a time of 12 minutes, 46 seconds.
Congratulations, Kayleigh! Good luck on the rest of the season.
