Local Thieves Steal Strange Combination of Items

Shoplifting and theft are, unfortunately, common occurrences in the East Texas area.  However, sometimes the combination of items taken can raise some eyebrows. 

According to recent releases from the Lufkin Police Department, someone recently tried to take a cordless phone and --- mouthwash from the Dollar General on Atkinson Drive. And even more mind-numbing is Christopher Shannon Garsee of San Augustine who Lufkin Police arrested for allegedly attempting to steal the following items from Walmart - a pair of men's boots, Wii controller, 2 - 50 inch TV's and --- a Glade air freshener.

He may want to keep that last item to put up in the prison cell.
