
Midland to Bring Concert Tour to Banita Creek Hall in Nacogdoches
Saturday, April 27, Midland is bringing their 'Up in Texas Tour' to Banita Creek Hall in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Midland's sophomore album, Let it Roll, earned the No. 1 position on Billboard’s Top Country Album Sales chart upon release, receiving praise from outlets such as Rolling Stone, Variety, NPR, and Entertainment Weekly.
They also won the 2018 Academy of Country Music's New Vocal Group of the Year Award. Midland has been nominated for multiple ACM, CMA, and Grammy Awards, including getting a nod for the 2023 CMA Vocal Group of the Year.
Hailing from Dripping Springs in the Texas Hill Country, lead vocalist Mark Wystrach fronts Midland’s rich sound that is rounded out with lead guitarist/ vocalist Jess Carson and bass player/ vocalist Cameron Duddy.
The band's sound and style is deeply rooted in traditional country with songs like "Drinkin' Problem", "Burn Out", and "Mr. Lonely". "Drinkin' Problem", their 2x Platinum-certified chart-topping debut, earned the band their first GRAMMY® Awards nominations for Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance.
