Mutton Bustin' Riders Drawn for Angelina Benefit Rodeo

The Angelina Benefit Rodeo is April 25th through 28th at the George H Henderson Jr., Expo Center in Lufkin. The rodeo, presented by the Lufkin Host Lions Club, gets underway each evening at 7 with some of the best cowboys and cowgirls in the nation.

One of the most entertaining events each night will be the mutton bustin', presented by KICKS 105 and Boot Barn. Every night, 12 youngsters will try their best to stay on the back of a sheep as they ride for points and the chance to be called the mutton bustin' champion.

Jaycie Rhoden and Rylee Burnett were the first two to be drawn for the competition, as they took advantage of the online KICKS 105 VIP Contest. The other 46 riders were drawn from the open registration that was held at Boot Barn in Lufkin. All riders** are listed below.
