These grants, funded by the CommonSpirit Health Community Health Improvement Grant program, address critical community needs identified in health assessments. They provide vulnerable individuals with resources to improve their health, creating a lasting impact through collaborative efforts.
The grants will help agencies tackle issues that include access to health care and health services, mental health, food insecurity, safe shelter and housing, violence prevention and human trafficking.
St. Luke’s awarded nearly $1 million in grants in 2024, the program's inaugural year.
