The announcement was made today (2/3) by officials with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

Events with large audiences such as the Houston Rodeo and Tour de Houston are impacted.

The Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo brings the biggest names in music to South Texas annually, but they also book great up-and-coming acts to play the Hideout.

The world's largest livestock show and rodeo is set to kick off in March at NRG Stadium and Park.  The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is set to run March 7th-26th with the biggest names in rodeo, thousands of kids participating in fair competitions, and, of course, top notch entertainment taking the stage.

The biggest of all the rodeos has announced their huge entertainment line up.  Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are just some of the big headliners set to appear at this year's Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is one of the most highly anticipated events in Texas.  Second to that is the anticipation of the day that officials release the list of performers who will be entertaining at the rodeo.  Last night, that list was released.

It's the biggest and best rodeo in the world, and every year about this time, the full list of entertainment is released.  And, once again, the folks at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo have outdone themselves.

In 2013, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo will be one day longer than usual.  That's because the one extra day will set aside for a full concert from George Strait, Martina McBride, and the Randy Rogers Band!
