It's not everyday that you get to see Marilyn Monroe swinging a bat or Buzz Lightyear rounding home trying to score, but that's just a sampling of the crazy sights that you might see Friday night at the annual Halloween on the Hill game at Central High School's baseball field.

Over the past few weeks I've had the pleasure of going to area schools to record teacher greetings for the Merrell in the Morning Show.  When I went to Zavalla I was treated to some great entertainment.

Skylar Elise got her 'big break' as a performer at a volleyball game.  The person that was scheduled to sing 'God Bless America' did not show so Skylar was asked to fill in and she was happy to oblige. Did I mention that Skylar was 3 at the time?!

Yes, that is a school bus and yes there are kids in it.  This didn't happen in America, but I can't help but believe that parents in any country would go ballistic if their child was on this bus.

Since the start of the school year, we've been featuring recorded greetings from area teachers and school faculty on the Merrell in the Morning Show.

An Aransas Pass police officer went above and beyond the call of duty recently to rescue a dog that couldn't find its way out of a harbor.

The new Dustin Lynch Album, 'Where It's At', is set to be released on Tuesday, September 9th.  Even before its release, the album has already produced a top ten song with the title cut.
