As we enter into the holiday season, the Texas Forestry Museum invites you and your family to head to the museum to take a break! Several events are less than two weeks away.

On November 29th and 30th from 10 am – 5 pm, the museum will have an ornament craft for the kids. This craft will be available while supplies last.

The Texas Forestry Museum will also be hosting the man in red for the annual Santa Claus Express. Families will celebrate the holidays on Saturday, November 30th from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the museum.

Families can listen to holiday stories in the caboose, play games, and take pictures with Santa Claus in the train depot! Tickets are $5 per person and are limited so purchase your tickets soon.

A special thank you to JM Management and Pine Straw Direct for sponsoring this year’s event! For more information call 936-632-9535. Photos will be taken at the event for promotional materials.
