$1 Million Winner! Texas Scores Another Big Powerball Winner
Texas has a $1 million Powerball winner!
Nobody matched all six numbers in Saturday's Powerball drawing (8-16-24-33-54, PB-18). Two players matched all five non-Powerball numbers, and one of those was in Texas, the other in Wisconsin.
That's a $1 million ticket. The winner from Wisconsin spent the extra buck to Power Play, which doubled the payout to $2 million. The Texas winner did not opt to Power Play.
That winning Texas ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven located at 9401 White Settlement Road in Fort Worth.
The next Powerball drawing will be on Monday, July 14. The jackpot will be worth $248 million, with an estimated lump sum payout of $112.4 million.

Another Texas $1 Million Winner
There was also a $1 million Texas Powerball winner on the previous drawing on Wednesday, July 9.
A ticket matching all five of the non-Powerball numbers was purchased at the Walmart Supercenter located at 8555 Preston Road in Frisco.
Lotto Texas Results
Nobody matched all five numbers for Saturday's Lotto Texas drawing (6-28-32-34-38-50). The next drawing takes place on July 14 with a jackpot worth $36.25. The estimated lump sum payment is worth $19.7 million.
The last Lotto Texas jackpot winner happened on February 17 in Austin. That jackpot was worth $83 million. However, that jackpot has yet to be paid due to ongoing litigation between Texas Lottery officials and the woman who purchased the winning ticket.
Play Responsibly
Remember to play within your means when it comes to lottery games. The odds of winning the top jackpot for either the Powerball or Mega Millions game is around 1 in 300,000,000.
