6th Annual Hudson Gets Healthy Set for Thursday
The 6th annual Hudson Get Healthy event is coming Thursday, October 5th at the Hudson High School Gym. Activities get underway at 5:30 and continue until 7:30, and admission is free.
The entire East Texas community is invited to take part in everything from flu vaccines, screenings, games, entertainment, and over $1,000 worth of giveaways. Some of those giveaways include 7 bicycles, gift cards from Academy Sports and Outdoors, Walmart, fitness trackers for kids, yoga mats, fitness bands, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, water bottles, and much more.
Over 40 vendors will be on hand giving out free samples and more. There will be performances by the Hudson cheerleaders, dance teams, and drum line. Hudson's culinary students will be cooking up some amazing healthy ideas for everyone that comes to try for free!
