Boys Calls 911 to Report Mom for Making Him Go To Bed

According to a report in the Enterprise News, 10-year-old Dan Davis of Brockton, Massachusetts called 911 to report his mom...for making him go to bed too early.  The young boy was enjoying a vacation week from school and he considered it highly unfair that he still had to go to bed by 8 p.m.  So, he went to the phone and dialed 911 to report the injustice.

Even though police knew this was not an actual emergency, it's protocol to follow up on all calls so a uniformed officer was sent to the address and while there he explained to the boy the proper reasons to call the police emergency line.
