Diboll Girl Gets Top Score for First Night of Mutton Bustin’

Night number one of the Angelina Benefit Rodeo in Lufkin is in the books.  Once again, the mutton bustin' championships were a crowd pleaser as 12 youngsters tried their best to ride a sheep for as long as they could stay on.

When the dust and wool had settled, 8-year-old Audrey Palacio of Diboll took home top honors with a score of 78 points.  Check out video snippets of the rides below.
