It’s Mutton Bustin’ Time With The Angelina Benefit Rodeo
One of the most popular events of the Angelina Benefit Rodeo is the Mutton Bustin' Championship. The rodeo will take place April 25th-28th at the Expo Center in Lufkin and once again 36 youngsters from around East Texas will have their shot at riding a sheep.
Registrations are being taken now at Baskins in Lufkin. The drawing for the participants will take place Tuesday, April 24th. Kids must be between the ages of 5-9 and weigh no more than 60 pounds.
Malcolm Deason, Jr was last year's grand champion.
