Legendary Broadcaster Pat Summerall Dead at 82

Pat Summerall, who for nearly 4 decades called professional sports on TV and radio, died earlier today at the age of 82.  A specific cause of death was not immediately available. 

Summerall and broadcast partner John Madden were the cream of the NFL broadcasting crop for over 20 years for CBS and then FOX sports.  Later in his career, he was a part of the Dallas Cowboys broadcasting crew.
