It was a full house at the George H Henderson, Jr. Expo Center in Lufkin Saturday night as the final night of the Angelina Benefit Rodeo came into full swing.  It was also the night of the championship round for mutton bustin'.

The top scoring riders from the previous 3 nights of mutton bustin' took their turns Saturday night to try to get the top score and the title of champion.  And it was a night a great rides.  Nicole Marze of Hudson, who turned in a record setting 96 point ride on Wednesday, had another impressive night, this time holding on for dear life as she rode the sheep for quite a while at almost at 90 degree angle.  That ride earned her a score of 94 points.  That score was in the lead until the final rider of the night.

Max Sanders bolted out of the chute gate and stayed in the middle of the sheep almost to the other end of the Expo Center earning him a ride of 95 points, good enough for the trophy and title.
